Shipping policy

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeline:

Cash On Delivery:

We have a flat shipping rate of Rs.300 for nationwide COD through PostEx, which takes upto 5-7 working days for delivery. However, some hand-made items may take longer to deliver. If you need the order by a certain date please make sure to inform us immediately after order placement.

Express Delivery:

For urgent orders, we offer shipping through Leopard's and TCS which takes upto 1-2 working days for delivery. Please inform us beforehand so we may check the availability of products and communicate the shipping charges according to your city, order weight and preferable courier company. Please understand that we can only dispatch the order after receiving an online proof of payment. 

Once the order is dispatched through your prefered courier, a tracking ID will be shared with you. The company will not be responsible for any unforseen circumstances or delays, neither a refund will be applicable. However if you refuse the parcel and it is returned to our address in its original condition, only then we can send an online refund for the order amount minus delivery charges.

Delivery through inDrive courier/ Bykea is only available for Karachi where the customer will be required to pay the order amount online and delivery charges directly to the rider. Please understand that we can only dispatch the order after receiving an online proof of payment and a pin location.

International Delivery:

We do offer international shipping for selected items such as stationery (envelopes, postcards, notebooks etc.) and fabric products (pouches etc.).
