Return Policy:

Keepsakes Pakistan wants it's customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product  within 3 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Company will issue a price voucher for the particular amount which can be used later.

Exchange Policy: 

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact us within 3 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Company will dispatch the new article as soon as it receives the article initially purchased. 

Defective or Damaged Policy: 

We try our best that you never receive a defective or damaged item, but in case you do, please contact us immediately within 3 days of purchase. We will replace the item free of charge, and will cover the cost of shipping. Customer must provide a picture/ video proof with the airway bill attached to the parcel so the defected item/s can be replaced. Please note, without an image/ video proof, the company shall hold no responsibility and won't be liable for any damages or claims.

Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

All items purchased on sale are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for items bought on sale unless defected.
